Liftally Website FAQ

What is the Weight Class Explorer?

The Weight Class Explorer compares your entered squat, bench press, deadlift, Total, and DOTS with matching historical powerlifting results.

What does a percentile mean?

A percentile shows how your result compares with matching historical entries. For example, P34 means your result is higher than approximately 34% of the results in the selected benchmark group.

What is the difference between Total and DOTS percentile?

Total percentile compares your combined squat, bench press, and deadlift weight. DOTS percentile compares your DOTS score, which adjusts performance relative to bodyweight.

Where does the benchmark data come from?

The benchmarks are calculated from historical OpenPowerlifting results using the filters shown with your result, such as sex, equipment, federation, tested status, and weight class.

Can I compare the same performance across weight classes?

Yes. The weight-class comparison applies the same entered Total or DOTS to historical benchmarks from other classes. It does not predict how changing bodyweight would affect your strength, eligibility, or meet placing.

What does the SBD Percentile Profile show?

The radar chart compares your squat, bench press, and deadlift percentiles. It helps show whether one lift ranks higher or lower than your other lifts within the selected historical benchmark.

Why is a percentile unavailable?

A percentile may be unavailable when there are not enough matching historical entries or when the selected benchmark combination is not supported.

Are these results training recommendations?

No. The results provide historical comparison context only. They are not training, medical, competition, or weight-management recommendations.

Can I save my results?

You can explore results without signing in. Sign in to save supported benchmark snapshots and access them again later.
